What I do for your business

Clients go with the business that answers first, sends a clear proposal and follows up. I keep that work moving.

Monthly inclusions depend on the plan. Compare the three plans; each of the 37 services can also be requested on its own.

  1. 01Opportunities and follow-upLeads, meetings and new clients, each with a next step.
  2. 02Proposals and documentsProposals, contracts, plans and manuals.
  3. 03OperationsTasks, email, inventory and automations.
  4. 04NumbersInvoices, cash and reports in plain words.

01 · Opportunities and follow-up

Every lead, with its next step.

  • BeforeInquiries lost between email, chat and notes
  • AfterEach one with an owner, a date and a message ready

I prepare your meetings, draft each follow-up and keep your list of clients in order. You decide what gets sent.

  • Works with the tools you already use. You don’t have to operate a CRM.
  • Messages go out only after you approve them, to contacts who agreed to hear from you.

02 · Proposals and documents

Proposals that look prepared, not improvised.

Sales proposals, contracts with their renewal dates, business plans, manuals and onboarding guides. You review, comment and approve.

  • Prices and terms come from you; nothing is invented.
  • Contracts are drafts for your review. Deal does not give legal advice.

  • BeforeTyping the same order into three places
  • AfterOne flow between your systems, with your approval where it matters

Inbox sorting, task coordination, inventory alerts, purchasing approvals, internal portals and searchable knowledge for your team.

  • Each automation is tested with sample data before it runs.
  • Orders, purchases and payments never go out without an authorized person.

  • AfterA report with the key point first and what to do next

The key point: sales grew, but collections slowed. Three invoices over 30 days hold most of the pending cash.

AWhere sales came from

  • Repeat clients46 %
  • Referrals32 %
  • Website22 %

BCollections

StatusInvoicesAmount
Paid18$24,600
Under 30 days6$7,900
Over 30 days3$9,200

CNext moves

  1. Send a friendly reminder on the three invoices over 30 days.
  2. Ask repeat clients for referrals: they bring a third of sales.
  3. Add a quote form to the website to capture more inquiries.
  • Task1 report a month from a data file of yours.
  • Workflow1 operations report a month, from up to 3 sources.
  • Operations2 operations reports a month.

Sample data. Your report uses your own files or connected sources. A person validates the amounts; this is not accounting, audit or tax advice.

05 · Website and customer care

Your website and your answers, on time.

  • BeforeA website out of date and messages answered days later
  • AfterClear pages, a contact form and approved answers

A business website, a lead campaign, monthly content, a help center and an assistant that answers on your channels and hands the rest to a person.

  • The website is yours: domain and accounts stay in your name.
  • Ad spend and channel fees are separate and confirmed before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to learn a CRM or other software?
No. Deal works with the tools you already use, or with simple files. You review and approve in your Deal account; there is no sales system to operate.
Who approves before something is sent?
You do. Proposals, emails, messages and changes go out only after your approval.
Do you charge, pay or move money?
No. Deal prepares invoices, reminders and reconciliations, but never charges customers, pays suppliers or issues tax documents automatically. A person validates the amounts.
Is this accounting, tax or legal advice?
No. Forecasts, reconciliations and drafts support your decisions. Contracts and tax matters need your professional’s review.
How often do I receive a report?
Plans include one or two reports a month: Task, 1 report from a data file of yours; Workflow, 1 operations report from up to 3 sources; Operations, 2. Weekly or more frequent reports are quoted before starting.
What does “quote first” mean?
Some services depend on your accounts, volume or connections. You receive the scope and price before work starts, and nothing is charged until you approve.
Does what I don’t use roll over?
Plan inclusions renew every month and don’t roll over. Single purchases keep their balance.
Can my whole team use the platform?
Yes. Access is free with unlimited members and no per-seat fees; the account owner assigns credits to each member. See credits in Pricing.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and AI-generated content is labeled. You review everything before it is used.
We have several locations or a larger team.
